48th Australian Alpine Dental Conference Registration Form

There are three ways to register for the 48th Australian Alpine Dental Conference.

1. Current Members

Sign in using your email & password that you use to sign in to the ACAD Membership Portal to access the discounted registration fees.

2. Non-Members

You can get immediate access to the discounted registration fees by joining ACAD using the ACAD Membership Portal and pay with a credit card.

3. Non-Members, Technicians, Therapists, Hygienists, and Recent Graduates

Choose "Create a new user account" below.

You can use the same user account to login to future conferences to streamline the registration process.

Please note hotel rates have dynamic pricing. This is subject to the day of the week you check-in and out and the duration of your stay. Kindly note that a member of Thredbo Alpine Hotel will be in touch with you promptly with confirmation of the price of your stay as well as a request for credit card details for the 50% deposit. Any queries in regards to this please contact tahfunctions@evt.com or acad@icms.com.au PAYMENT POLICY: • 50% deposit is required within 7 days of making an accommodation booking • Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund less $30 cancellation fee is payable for cancellations made: (a) for winter accommodation bookings, 30 days or more prior to arrival; (b) for summer accommodation bookings, 14 days or more prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made within the periods specified in clause 1, refunds are calculated as follows: (100% of the fees paid for the portion of nights where the property or room associated to the booking is rebooked within the same date period to another customer) plus (50% of the fees paid for the portion of nights that remain un-booked) less ($30 cancellation fee) = refund amount payable to you. Additional terms for Accommodation bookings: (c) When valid, refunds will only be made to the person who made payment on the booking. (d) Refunds will not be given on no shows, or any portion of a package which is not used. (e) Failure to make final payment on the due date will also result in an automatic cancellation of the booking without notice and these cancellation conditions will also apply. For Thredbo Alpine Hotel (TAH) Cancellation requests for Accommodation bookings must be made in writing and received by TAH via email to tahfunctions@evt.com. If you are unable to send an email, please contact us in person or by phone on 02 6459 4200 to discuss your options.
