The Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA) invite abstract submissions for the Festival of Nursing, which will be held in Brisbane on Thursday 24 - Saturday 26 July 2025.

To complete the submission successfully, you will need the following information. Abstract submissions are due, no later than 11.59pm AEST on Friday 21 March 2025.

• Biography: Maximum 50 words, which can include institutional or research media links 

Presentation Title and Abstract 

• Text should be entered in sentence case. Please do not type presentation titles in all capital letters
• All submissions should be checked for accuracy and misspelling prior to submission. No further author edits are permitted once your abstract has been submitted

Your Domain must also meet the criteria of one of the 4 (four) sub themes listed in the portal.

Please do not send multiple submissions for the same abstract. To enable you to edit and access your abstract before the submission deadline please note your email and password. 

The APNA Organising Committee will only communicate via email with the nominated contact for the abstract submission therefore it is imperative that the details given in the address for correspondence are accurate.  

It is a requirement that all presenters are registered for the Conference. Please note you will be notified of discounted speaker registrations should your submission be successful.
