Terms and Conditions: 1. RATES: All rates are based on a per room per night basis 2. VALIDITY: Subject to receipt of the Client's acceptance within 7 working days rates are valid on dates noted. (“Term"). 3. MERCHANT SERVICE FEES (MSF): Please note that transaction fee of 1.3% will apply to all payments with VISA or MASTERCARD and 2.5% will apply for payments with AMEX and 3.22% DINERS card. The Client’s guests may change the preferred method of payment upon checkout to cash or EFTPOS if you wish to avoid the credit card surcharge (or company chargeback facilities can be arranged on application). 4. TAX: Accommodation rates are quoted inclusive of GST. Rates may increase without notice due to the imposition of Government charges, taxes and levies. 5. FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party may be held for any act, omission or circumstance due to an event beyond their control which that party could not have avoided with a reasonable effort, providing it advises the other party in detail and in writing, as soon as possible after the occurrence of the said event, and that it takes reasonable steps to remedy the situation quickly and remove the cause of those acts, omissions or circumstances. These acts, omissions or circumstances shall include but not be limited to: 1. War, declared or undeclared, revolution or action taken by public enemies; riots or civil disturbances; strikes, lock outs or work stoppage, affecting all or part of the Hotel staff; acts of God; fire, floods, storms; constraints imposed by any government or public authority; or any other cause that is reasonably beyond the control of one of the other party. 2. The duty to remedy any one of these causes quickly in no way includes the duty to end strikes or industrial conflict by accepting the demands of the other party or parties. 6. LOSS OR DAMAGE: The Hotel will endeavour to take reasonable care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of equipment, merchandise or other property left on the premises during a guest's stay. The Client is financially responsible for any damage sustained, or loss incurred, to the Hotel's property, carpet, fixtures or fittings, whether through their own action or the action of their guests, appointed agents, contractors or sub-contractors during their stay. 7. Cancellation: We can offer a flexible cancellation policy of 14 days prior to arrival for the whole group. 20% of rooms can be cancelled 3 days prior to arrival and a further 10% with 24-hour cancellation. Once checked in 10% can cancel with a 24-hour notice. 8. Payment: A credit card is required to confirm rooms. 25% deposit is required within 7 days of confirming rooms. 100% payment is required 7 days prior to check in.

Should you require an invoice for payment processing, kindly finalise your registration by selecting Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as your preferred payment method. Subsequently, an invoice will be generated and sent to your email address. Following the successful completion of your payment, your registration will be officially confirmed.
