The Scientific Committee invites poster abstract submissions for the 21st ICHS Symposium. The Symposium will be held virtually from 17 - 19 February 2021. Presentations will be delivered via the virtual platform.

To complete the submission successfully, you will need the following information.

2. Presentation Title and Abstract

• Abstracts should not exceed 400 words 
• Text should be entered in upper and lower case. Please do not type abstract titles of text in all capital letters.
• Please ensure that your abstract submission complies with the ICHS 2021 Abstract Template prior to submission
• Accepted abstracts submitted for presentation will be published exactly as submitted. All submissions should be checked for accuracy and misspelling prior to submission. No further author edits are permitted once your abstract has been submitted. 

Please do not send multiple submissions for the same abstract. To enable you to edit and access your abstract before the submission deadline please note your email and password. 

Accepted abstracts will be required to submit a poster which will be displayed virtually in the online Symposium portal. A template for this will be provided to successful applicants. In addition to a poster, presenters will also have the option of recording a three minute video to accompany their poster. This video will need to be pre-recorded and hosted on either Vimeo or YouTube. Further information on this will be provided to successful applicants.

The Scientific Committee will only communicate via email with the nominated contact for the abstract submission therefore it is imperative that the details given in the address for correspondence are accurate.  

It is a requirement that the nominated presenter of all successful abstract submissions is registered prior to their arrival at the Conference.
