Bookings for the Thredbo Alpine Hotel are available within the registration form. If you would like to book an apartment, please use the 2024 Apartment request form. You will be contacted by the bookings agent with an offer for an apartment. A deposit is required within 7 days of receiving the offer.

Check-in time is usually from 4:00pm. Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room is released.
