REGISTRATIONS TErms & Conditions
REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Your registration will be acknowledged within five business days. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).
REGISTRATION ALTERATIONS
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing to the Meeting Office.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Meeting Office. Cancellations received prior to Friday 22 August, 2025, will receive a refund less an administration charge of 25% of original Registration Fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
