REGULATIONS
APPLICATIONS
All applications must be received on the official application contract forms. A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt of an application form. Sponsors and exhibitors will not be confirmed until a signed application form and full payment is received.
The Conference Organisers reserve the right to decline any applications at their discretion.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Payments can be made via cheque, direct transfer or credit card. Please contact the Conference Organiser for all payment details and conditions. Full payment is required
within 7 days from the date of the Tax invoice. A Tax invoice will be issued upon receipt of application.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made before 1 December 2022 will forfeit 25% of the full payment made.
Refunds will not be made after 1 December 2022 unless all sponsorship and/or exhibition packages are sold out, and the cancelled sponsorship and/or exhibition packages can be resold. Companies cancelling sponsorship and/or exhibition after 1 December 2022 will receive an appropriate refund (minus 50% cancellation penalty) after the closing of the conference, and only if all sponsorship and/or exhibition packages have been sold. Refunds are entirely up to the discretion of the Organising Committee and Conference Organiser.
