Registration Terms and Conditions

Registration Acknowledgement

Your registration will be acknowledged within five business days.

Registration Alterations

Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing to the Meeting Office.

Registration Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Meeting Office. Cancellations received prior to Tuesday, 16 January 2024 will receive a refund less an administration charge of $250.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
