What's Included In A Full Registration?

You’ll get access to the Meeting program, including all sessions, catering and the welcome function.

The Social Networking Function is an additional ticket, and you can easily add this option within the registration portal.

How Do I Cancel My Registration?

We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

Cancellations received before Friday 13 October, 2023 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $150.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

What If I Am Unable To Travel Due To Governmental Travel Restrictions Being Imposed Due To COVID-19?

If the Meeting is cancelled, we'll refund the registration fee, less credit card fees.
If the Meeting is postponed, we'll credit the registration fee to the postponed conference. However, if you're unable to attend on the new date we will refund the registration fee, less credit card fees.
All airlines are currently refunding or crediting flight costs, but we suggest checking with your preferred carrier.
