ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

ICMS Travel, as the official housing bureau for the CBAA Conference 2023, has been able to secure discounted accommodation rates at The Oval Hotel, The Stamford and the Grosvenor Hotel. Reservations need to be made before Friday 22 September 2023. Rates are room only per night and include WIFI.

ARRIVAL TIME

Check-in time is usually between 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Should you wish to guarantee that your room is ready before the hotel check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for your room for the evening prior to your arrival.

ACCOMMODATION DEPOSIT

To secure and confirm your accommodation, credit card details are required as a guarantee. These details will be passed on to the hotel and it is at the hotel’s discretion as to whether a deposit will be charged prior to arrival. An imprint will be required upon check in and your full account is to be settled with the hotel on departure. No monies will be debited from your credit card by ICMS Travel Pty Ltd for accommodation.

Room rates are in Australian dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) if applicable.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATIONS

Refer to the cancellation terms and conditions of each hotel in the registration booking form.
