Payments for Conference Tickets

Full payment must be received prior to the Conference. Once registration is received, a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. Any accounts must be paid in full 14 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the Conference start date, whichever comes first. The Conference organisers reserve the right without notification to cancel outstanding accounts any time after 14 days from the date of the tax invoice being sent. If payment is not received prior to the Conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card. Payment can be made via credit card or electronic funds transfer. For electronic funds transfer the appropriate banking details can be found on your invoice. Please note if your registration is made less than two weeks prior to the Conference, the only payment option available is credit card.

Refund Policy for Conference Tickets

If after purchasing your ticket to the event, you cannot attend and would like a refund, please email provision@icms.com.au for any refund requests. Please note that cancellation of ticket more than 14 days before the event, we will refund you 100% of your ticket price.
Cancellation 14 days or less before the event, there is a 50% refund.

Substitution Policy for Conference Tickets

If after purchasing your ticket to the event, you discover you are unable to attend, we do accept transfer of tickets to an alternative person. Name changes to tickets will be accepted up to 5 days prior to the event. Please email provision@icms.com.au for any requests forticket name changes.

Accommodation

Hotels impose strict cancellation policies. Please refer to the individual hotel cancellation policy for details. The relevant hotel cancellation policy terms and conditions will apply, and the cost will be borne by the delegate. If booking Accommodation with Crown Perth via the conference website direct link
the relevant accommodation booking policy is listed at the time of booking your accommodation on this website. The Conference Office cannot guarantee new bookings or amendments to existing bookings after 26 July 2024.

Accommodation Policy

ICMS Travel, as the official housing bureau for the ProVision National Conference, has been able to secure discounted accommodation rates at selected hotels close to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Reservations need to be made before Friday 26 July, 2024. The room rates are per night per room. ICMS Travel cannot guarantee new bookings or amendments to existing bookings after Friday 26 July, 2024.

Payment Policy for Accommodation Bookings

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at time of booking. This does not constitute payment. Payment in full is required for all accommodation upon check in (if not prepaid in advance).

Cancellation Policy for Accommodation Bookings

Cancellations made 31 days or prior will incur no charge.
Cancellation 30 days prior to check in date will incur a 1 night accommodation charge to the credit card held on file.
Any cancellations less than 30 days before will incur full charges to the credit card held on file.
Any cancellations, changes or additions must be received in writing to provision@icms.com.au All deposits paid are non-refundable.

Accommodation Booking

If you do not require accommodation, please select No Accommodation Required.
Should you wish to book accommodation, please select your check-in and check-outdate, then click Search. Select your rate, then click Book Room. Select your number of rooms, then enter your credit card details as a guarantee.

Substitution Policy for Accommodation Booking

For any accommodation name changes please email provision@icms.com.au with your request to change the accommodation booking name. Please be aware that the credit card attached to the accommodation booking can't be changed and will remain as the credit card used by the original booker.

Social Program

Cancellations received after 19 July 2024 will not be refunded.
Non-payment and non-attendance do not constitute cancellation.

Insurance

It is your responsibility to obtain your own insurance to cover medical, travel and registration expenses, etc.

Disclaimer

The Conference Organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters as necessary.

Force Majeure

ProVision should not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the event, where a cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the event despite the intervention or occurrence of such causes.
In this clause, Force Majeure circumstances which will be outside the reasonable control of ProVision and ICMS Pty Ltd and which are necessary or are reasonably likely to affect ProVisions' successful delivery of the event or would make it inadvisable, impractical, illegalor impossible for a party to perform its obligations as originally contracted under this Agreement, including fire, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, failure of electrical power, gas, water and other utility services, collapse of building structures, widespread disease or other public health emergency (including pandemic or epidemic), strike or other industrial action, the outbreak of declaration of war, act of terrorism, revolution of government orders or action (including the declaration of a State of Emergency).
If, a result of Force Majeure, ProVision cancels the Conference, ProVision shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to reschedule the Conference.
If the ProVision Conference 2024 is unable to be rescheduled, ProVision will issue you a refund or non-transferable credit note for the amount of the fee, which may be deemedagainst any appropriate future events for the period of 12 months from the date of issue.
Without prejudice to its obligations ProVision accepts no liability and will not be liable for any compensation with a performance of its obligations under this Agreement if affected by Force Majeure.

Imagery footage

By participating in this Conference, you acknowledge and agree to grant ProVision the right to record, film, livestream, photograph or capture you in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise to disseminate, inperpetuity, such media without any future approval from you.
