To be eligible for a student registration, you must be studying for Honours, Masters or PhD. If you are in paid employment as a postdoctoral fellow, you are not eligible for a student registration.

How Do I Cancel My Registration?
We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.
Cancellations received before 17 October 2022 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $150.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
What If I Am Unable To Travel Due To Governmental Travel Restrictions Being Imposed Due To COVID-19?
If the Meeting is postponed, we'll credit the registration fee to the postponed conference. However, if you're unable to attend on the new date we will refund the registration fee, less credit card fees.
All airlines are currently refunding or crediting flight costs, but we suggest checking with your preferred carrier.
