FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

- HOW DO I REGISTER?

Please use the ISNPR 2025 Registration Link to register or access the Registration tab in the menu above.

- WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A FULL REGISTRATION? 

A full registrations permits delegates to Full Conference Access (2 Days), Full Conference Catering (2 Days) and attendance to the Welcome Reception.

- CAN I BE INVOICED FOR THE CONFERENCE BEFORE I PAY? 

A tax invoice will be emailed out to all delegates upon the completion of their registration online. 

- WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE? 

Payment can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer or via Credit Card. 

- HOW DO I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION? 

Cancellations must be in writing to the Meeting Office. Cancellations received prior to 5 September 2025, will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $250.00 USD. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. 

- CAN I BUY A STUDENT TICKET?

Student Registrations are available for purchase, as long as the delegate holds a valid student card.

- HOW DO I SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT?

To complete the submission successfully, access the link via the Abstract Tab in the Menu and follow the instructions on the Abstract Submission Portal.

- WHAT IF I NEED TO AMEND MY ABSTRACT?

If at any time before the deadline of 1 August 2025, log back into the Abstract Submission Portal and resubmit your amended Abstract.
