HOW DO I SIGN UP?

To register for the CBAA Conference 2022, please click on the Registration tab above and follow the prompts.  

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A FULL REGISTRATION?

You’ll get access to the Conference program, including all sessions, plenaries and the welcome event. The CBAA Awards Gala Dinner is an additional ticket, and you can easily add this option within the registration portal.

CAN I BE INVOICED FOR THE CONFERENCE BEFORE I PAY?

A tax invoice will be emailed out to all delegates upon the completion of their registration online. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

Payment can be made via Cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer or via Credit Card.

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO TRAVEL DUE TO GOVERNMENTAL TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS BEING IMPOSED TO AND FROM CAIRNS DUE TO COVID-19?

  1. If the CBAA Conference is cancelled, we'll refund the registration fee.
  2. If the CBAA Conference is postponed, we'll credit the fee to the postponed conference. However, if you're unable to attend on the new date we will refund the fee.
  3. Hotel accommodation is refundable if you can't attend.
  4. All airlines are currently refunding or crediting flight costs, but we suggest checking with your preferred carrier.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

Cancellations must be in writing to the Meeting Office. Cancellations received prior to 22 September 2022 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $250.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
