Virtual registration
The 2022 CBAA conference is less than three weeks away and we have received an enthusiastic response from our members that are keen to attend to take advantage of the first face to face conference since 2019.
However, with increasing costs of travel, especially for Western Australian and remote stations, we understand that not everyone can attend in person. We have also had strong interest from stations for more of their staff and volunteers to benefit from particular conference sessions.
Therefore, we are thrilled to announce we are now opening virtual access to all conference sessions. The 2020 virtual conference was a resounding success, and we hope to inspire the same virtual participation at this year’s conference.
Virtual access to the conference is available now for $150 and allows those registered to observe both days of the conference with all sessions included. As well as the conference being accessible virtually, we will also be live streaming the Awards Gala. This allows your volunteers, supporters, and friends to watch from home and share in your awards wins and nominations.

Registration Terms and Conditions
REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Your registration will be acknowledged within five business days. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).
REGISTRATION ALTERATIONS
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing to the Meeting Office.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Meeting Office. Cancellations received prior to 22 September 2022 will receive a refund less an administration charge of $250.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO TRAVEL DUE TO GOVERNMENTAL TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS BEING IMPOSED TO AND FROM CAIRNS DUE TO COVID-19?
- If the CBAA Conference is cancelled, we'll refund the registration fee.
- If the CBAA Conference is postponed, we'll credit the fee to the postponed conference. However, if you're unable to attend on the new date we will refund the fee.
- Hotel accommodation is refundable if you can't attend.
- All airlines are currently refunding or crediting flight costs, but we suggest checking with your preferred carrier.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
