Your registration will be acknowledged within five business days. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing to the Meeting Office.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Meeting Office. Cancellations received prior to 22 September 2022 will receive a refund less an administration charge of $250.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
